like to sit at the table and give some oversight and input, to put together
a board/group to register a building society (in NZ it legally requires 20 people).
The purpose is to buy farms and create organic local food communities.

For ethical, organic, aligned people.
A modern agro ecological academy. Humaning and bioregional stewardship done with discernment.
Lets begin the curation of eachother and our place.
Step 1. Set up "Building society" to buy land.
Step 2. Work with local council about having 100-200 people living there. Step 3. Buy farm
Step 4. Turn as much of it as needed into organic farm & gardens.

Yes we will need to work all that out, but no land, it never happens.
So how about 500 $10k shares as a starting point, and we buy our own commons.
